Where can I buy GAP gift cards?

Our gift cards are available to buy at GAP shops, the GAP online shop and in participating superstores offering a range of gift cards.

Can I buy a digital gift card?

Yes, these are available from our online shop allowing you to send a digital gift card on an email with a personal message from you. This is a great option when you need to send a gift quickly.

What value of GAP gift cards can I buy?

You can purchase a gift card or digital in multiples of £5, £10 and £20 up to £250.

Where can I redeem my GAP gift card?

Our gift cards can be redeemed in UK stores only, excluding concession stores and franchise stores. Gift cards are not capable of use online.

Are there any products I can’t redeem my gift card against?

Gift cards can’t be used in our shops against the purchase of additional gift cards.

What if there isn’t enough credit on my gift card for my purchase?

If there isn’t enough credit on your gift card for your current purchase you will be requested to make an additional payment for the difference.

Do I get change if I buy something with a gift card?

No, you won’t receive any change after a purchase with a gift card. Instead, the remaining balance will be updated after each purchase and shown on your printed receipt. This balance can be used against future purchases.

If I want to return an item I bought using a gift card what happens with the refund?

If you return an item which you bought using a gift card, the refund will be made as a credit to that gift card or on a new card if you no longer have it.

How can I check my gift card balance?

In store at the till, or phone a customer services representative on 0800 368 0674.

Can I cash in a gift card?

There is no cash alternative to a gift card – they cannot be exchanged for cash.

Is there an expiry date for my gift card?

Yes, your gift card will expire 24 months after the date of issue and any remaining balance will be cancelled.

What happens if I lose my gift card or it gets stolen or damaged?

Please treat a gift card as if it were cash as we are unable to refund or replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.
